The only dunkin donuts I will go to!
Seriously they have the best food and the best drinks. Some may say "well its a franchise, they're made the same everywhere" FALSE. I've noticed at other dunkin donuts that they use solid sugar which does not dissolve in iced coffee (cold things take longer to dissolve things like sugar) this location uses liquid sugar which is perfect in iced coffees!
I come here almost every morning before class and I'm never disappointed. Boyfriend and I occasionally hit up the drive-thru for a late-night coffee or snack and service is amazing both times. Place is always very clean and staff is friendly.
The only thing that sort of bugs me is when I go inside the store and there's about 6-7 people sitting at a tall table, clearly they have been sitting there for a long time. It bugs me because the group is somewhat loud and rude, using foul language and pretty much screaming over each other to talk. Makes the whole atmosphere go down. -

Check your order before you leave. I ordered a box of plain glazed donuts. I repeated my order twice, and person taking my order repeated it back to me, and I still got a box full of cake donuts (which let's be real, who wants those? Not me! I gave them away).
Not worth driving back (I was on my way to work) but super annoying. -

First off the employees here are not very good at accommodating the customer!! I purchased a box of joe, a box of munchkins and a dozen donuts and yet they gave me a hard time when I asked for a small side of caramel for the coffee... Then the employee had a hard time listening to what I requested in the first place. Lastly I get home and the donuts were all stale! If I had known that they were going to serve me donuts from the night before I would've never went there in the first place!! This was a waste of my money, my time and my patience!

RUDE!!! The a.m. drive thru women is so rude! Gift card reader isn't working properly, so instead of figuring it out, she's telling me" you don't have any money" lady, yes I do. I just checked the balance on my card. I showed her the balance. Refused to help figure out, what the problem was. This Dunkin is notorious for this nonsense. Need a new manager.

Just went though the drive thru. 10/27/17 4:36.
My coffee was ok but the young man at the window was very rude. I pull up he just yells out me total. I say hello how are you and he just stands there with his had out. Then I give him the money and take my drink. As I am putting down my drink he waves the money around and say here. I take the money and say thank you then he just turns around and continues his conversation with whoever else was in there. Some of these kids need to be taught manners.
